ALLEN – Today, State Representative Jeff Leach (House District 67) announced that he has been endorsed for re-election by Allen Mayor Debbie Stout and Allen City Councilmembers Kurt Kizer, Baine Brooks, Carl Clemencich and Chris Schulmeister. Councilmember Schulmeister stated, “I have seen first-hand how Representative Leach and his team have been readily available and accessible, not only to City Council Members, but to each and every one of his constituents in Allen. He has proven himself to be a ready listener, a reliable voice and an effective advocate in Austin and I know we can count on his continued leadership as we work together to ensure Allen remains one of the best cities in Texas to live, work and raise a family.”

In response to these endorsements, Representative Leach stated, “During my four terms in the Texas House I have sought to work collaboratively with our local leaders, including my friends on the Allen City Council, to ensure our community remains strong, vibrant and prosperous, not only for our Allen neighbors of today, but for those who will plant their homes and businesses here in the future. Without question, Allen is immensely blessed to be led by Mayor Stout and Council Members Kizer, Brooks, Clemencich and Schulmeister. I am grateful to have their support and look forward to working together to ensure Allen is even stronger than it already is.”
