HB 4211 Signed into Law!

I was honored to join Governor Greg Abbott and my friend, Representative Candy Noble, as HB 4211 was signed into law.

As joint author of this critical legislation, I was proud to help ensure that developments like EPIC City – which sought to impose Sharia Law and restrict basic property rights – will never be allowed in Texas. Our Constitution and our freedoms mean something, and today we made sure they are protected.

Grateful for Governor Abbott’s leadership and for my conservative colleagues in the Legislature who stood united to get this done.
