Plano Firefighters Association Endorses State Rep. Jeff Leach

“The issues that impact our health and safety and our ability to serve the citizens of Plano effectively are as important to him as they are to us … We are proud to endorse his campaign for re-election.”

PLANO – Today, State Representative Jeff Leach announced he has received the endorsement and support of the Plano Firefighters Association. Representative Leach, a Plano native, is seeking his fifth term as State Representative for House District 67, which encompasses portions of Plano, Allen, Richardson and Dallas in Collin County.

Brad McCutcheon, a local community leader, esteemed firefighter and Officer of the Plano Firefighters Association stated: “As our State Representative, Jeff Leach has advocated tirelessly on behalf of Plano firefighters  at our State Capitol in Austin. The issues that impact our health and safety and our ability to serve the citizens of Plano effectively are as important to him as they are to us. We are proud to endorse Representative Leach’s campaign for re-election to the Texas House of Representatives.”

In response to the endorsement, Representative Leach said, “House District 67 is home to many brave men and women who put their very lives on the line day in and day out. At the top of that list are our courageous and selfless firefighters and first responders. While they so selflessly serve us at home, it has been a high honor for me to advocate and fight for them and their families in the Texas House of Representatives in Austin. These fine Texans are my friends and neighbors – and I’m extremely grateful to have their endorsement and support and look forward to our continued work together to keep our fellow Texans safe and sound.”
