Rep Leach Receives Committee Assignments

Representative Leach has been reappointed as Chairman of the House Committee on Judiciary and Civil Jurisprudence, where he will continue his work to uphold a fair, transparent, and accessible judicial system while safeguarding the Constitution and the rule of law.

In addition to his chairmanship, Representative Leach has been appointed to the House Committee on Public Education, where he will play a critical role in shaping policies that impact Texas’ 5.5 million students and nearly 385,000 educators. He remains committed to working alongside parents, educators, and leaders to strengthen and improve the state’s education system.

As a member of the Texas House Calendars Committee, Representative Leach will also ensure that legislation brought to the House floor reflects the priorities and needs of Texans. With a focus on strong leadership and responsive governance, he remains dedicated to amplifying the voices of his constituents and delivering meaningful results this session.
