The READER Act Passes the House & Senate

House Bill 900, The READER Act, which Representative Leach was proud to vote for and co-author, will keep sexually explicit books out of school libraries through new book rating standards. It will also hold books vendors accountable for selling inappropriate books to schools. This legislation empowers parents and puts them back in charge of the material presented to their children while they are in school.
