The Women & Child Protection Act Passes!

I was honored to author and pass House Bill 7 – The Women & Child Protection Act – during the second called Special Session. Even though abortion is already illegal in Texas, thousands of dangerous abortion drugs are being trafficked into our state every month. HB 7 closes these loopholes, protecting both mothers and their unborn children from the serious risks posed by these drugs. These are future Texans we are fighting for and this is a fight I will never back down from.
