We Must Protect Texas Businesses

HB 3659 is essential to assuring that Texas businesses are protected from liability due to the COVID-19 pandemic through no fault of their own. That is why I authored and filed this important legislation.

This measure is meant to protect well-meaning Texans from frivolous lawsuits related to COVID-19. It will also help Texas’ economy recover from the ongoing pandemic.

The Texas Senate has already passed this legislation. It is now up to the House to finish the job and aid Texas businesses recover from this historic crisis.
